Joining a Night

Open the invite link the host shared. In a browser, add your name, tick that you’re 18 or over, and tap Add photos and videos. No app or account needed. Leave a phone number or email if you’d like the recap sent to you.

Got the app? The link opens the Night there instead. If the link doesn’t work, ask the host for a fresh one.

Adding photos and videos

In the app, open the Night and tap Import from last night. It picks out what you took during the Night: tap any you’d rather leave out, then tap Add. Nothing uploads until you do, and uploads pick up where they left off if you close the app.

In a browser, tap Add photos and videos on the Night’s page and choose them.

Missed some? You can keep adding for 30 days after the Night, even once the recap is out: tap Add more photos and videos on the Night or its recap in the app, or add them on the Night’s page in a browser. The reel is made again with them.

Hiding a photo, or asking for one to come down

Tap a photo to see it big. On one you added, tap Hide: it stays out of the recap and the reel until you show it again.

In someone else’s photo and want it gone? Tap I’m in this: remove it in the app, or Remove in a browser. It’s hidden straight away, and the host decides whether it stays hidden. Hidden photos never appear in a reel or on a shared recap page.

Reporting a photo

Every photo and video has a Report option, for anything abusive, illegal or that shouldn’t be there. We look at every report within 24 hours.

When the recap arrives

The day after the Night, around lunchtime (the Night’s page says when). First there’s a sneak peek of about 2 hours, while everyone on the Night can take a look and hide their photos. Then it goes out to everyone: in the app, or by text or email if you left one when you joined.

Hosts can make it sooner with Make the recap now, and publish it early from the sneak peek.

Night Pass and Plus

A Night Pass opens one Night up to 20 or 60 people adding photos, with every look and an HD reel. Anyone on the Night can buy it in the app, and it unlocks the Night for everyone. Lastnyt Plus gives every Night you host what a 60-person Night Pass does, monthly or yearly.

Restoring purchases. New phone, or reinstalled the app? Sign in to the same account, open the Night, tap Get the HD reel on its recap (or anywhere else the app offers a Night Pass), then tap Restore purchases. It brings back Plus, and puts a Night Pass you haven’t used yet on that Night.

Cancelling Plus. Plus renews until you cancel it with Apple or Google. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel it. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Refunds go through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, which handle every payment.

Deleting your account

In the app, tap Profile (top right of the home screen), then Delete account, and confirm. Nights you host are deleted for everyone in them, and everything you added to other Nights is removed. No app? See deleting your account.
